Launch Timeline Entries

The following is a general description of the various events that can be recorded in the launch timeline.

It is not intended to be a definitive or exhaustive statement. While unlikely, we reserve the right to update this information at any time. If we do so, we will not cater to backward compatibility in the timeline information. 

The timeline entries are grouped into categories below. Per entry, we detail:

• The name of each timeline entry is supplied along with
• The code returned in API responses
• A short example of the timeline text

Launch Details

• Launch Created: LAUNCH_CREATED - New launch is created with title "Launch Title", for product "Product Name", release date "Launch Date" and description "Launch Description".
• Launch Created From Parent: LAUNCH_CREATED_FROM_PARENT - This launch is created as a child of launch launchId with title "Launch Title", for product "Product Name", release date "Launch Date" and description "Launch Description".
• Launch Has a New Child: LAUNCH_HAS_A_NEW_CHILD- New child launch is created with title "Launch Title", for product "Product Name", release date "Launch Date" and description "Launch Description".
• Launch Deleted: LAUNCH_DELETED - Launch is deleted.
• Launch Restored: LAUNCH_RESTORED - Launch with title "Launch Title" has been restored after being previously deleted
• Launch Title Updated: LAUNCH_TITLE_UPDATED - Title is updated to "Launch Title".
• Launch Description Updated: LAUNCH_DESCRIPTION_UPDATED - Description is updated to: "Launch Description"
• Launch Product Updated: LAUNCH_PRODUCT_SET - Launch Product was set to "Product Name".
• Release Date Updated: LAUNCH_RELEASE_DATE_UPDATED - Release Date is updated to "Launch Date".
• Launch Type Updated: LAUNCH_TYPE_UPDATED - Launch Type updated to "Launch Type".
• Launch Type Removed: LAUNCH_TYPE_REMOVED- Launch Type removed.
• Related Third Party Updated: RELATED_THIRD_PARTY_UPDATED - Related Third Party updated to "Related Third Party".

Launch Relationships

• Launch Created by Clone: LAUNCH_CREATED_BY_CLONE - This launch is created as a clone of launch launchId with title "Launch Title", for product "Product Name", release date "Launch Date" and description "Launch Description".
• Launch Was Cloned: LAUNCH_WAS_CLONED - Launch launchId has been created with title "Launch Title", for product "Product Name", release date "Launch Date" and description "Launch Description".
• Parent Launch Removed: PARENT_LAUNCH_DETACHED- Parent Launch detached.
• Parent Launch Updated: PARENT_LAUNCH_ATTACHED - Parent Launch updated to "Launch Title".
• Child Launch Removed: CHILD_LAUNCH_DETACHED - Child Launch detached.
• Child Launch Associated: CHILD_LAUNCH_ATTACHED- Child Launch associated "Launch Title".
• Clone Disassociated: LAUNCH_CLONED_FROM_RELATIONSHIP_REMOVED_CHILD, LAUNCH_CLONED_FROM_RELATIONSHIP_REMOVED_PARENT - This launch is no longer associated as a clone of "Launch Label Name" "Launch Label Value" that it was cloned from.
• Related Launch Added: LINKED_LAUNCH_ADDED - Launch "Launch Label Name" was added as a related launch.
• Related Launch Removed: LINKED_LAUNCH_REMOVED- Launch "Launch Label Name" was removed as a related launch.

Launch Components

• Launch Component Added: LAUNCH_COMPONENT_ADDED - Component "Org Component Name" was added.
• Launch Component Removed: LAUNCH_COMPONENT_REMOVED - Component "Org Component Name" was removed.

Launch Labels

• Label Added: LAUNCH_LABEL_ADDED - Launch Label "Launch Label Value" for "Launch Label Name" added.
• Label Deleted: LAUNCH_LABEL_DELETED - Launch Label "Launch Label Value" for "Launch Label Name" deleted.

Launch Links

• Link Added: LAUNCH_LINK_ADDED- Link "Launch URL" of type "Launch URL Name" added.
• Link Updated: LAUNCH_LINK_UPDATED - Link is updated to "Launch URL".
• Link Deleted: LAUNCH_LINK_DELETED - Link "Launch URL" of type "Launch URL Name" deleted.

Launch Attachments

• Attachment Added: LAUNCH_ATTACHMENT_ADDED - Attachment "Attachment Name" added.
• Attachment Updated: LAUNCH_ATTACHMENT_UPDATED - Attachment description updated to "Attachment Name".
• Attachment Deleted: LAUNCH_ATTACHMENT_DELETED- Attachment "Attachment Name" deleted.

Launch Access

• User Added to Launch Access List: LAUNCH_ACCESS_GRANTED - User "User Name" was added to launch access list for launch "Launch Title".
• User Removed from Launch Access List: LAUNCH_ACCESS_REVOKED - User "User Name" was removed from the launch access list for launch "Launch Title".

Reviews & Approvals

• Review Assigned: LAUNCH_REVIEW_ASSIGNED - Launch review "Review Team Name" is assigned to Approver Name.
• Review Unassigned: LAUNCH_REVIEW_UNASSIGNED- Launch review "Review Team Name" is unassigned.
• Review Status Updated: LAUNCH_REVIEW_UPDATED - Launch review "Review Team Name" is updated to "Launch Review Team Status".
• Reviews Reset: LAUNCH_REVIEWS_RESET - Launch reviews are reset.
• Launch Status Updated: LAUNCH_PROGRESS_UPDATED - Launch status is updated to "Launch Review Team Status".
• Review Assigned In Jira: REVIEW_ASSIGNED_IN_JIRA_UPDATED, REVIEW_ASSIGNED_IN_JIRA_UPDATE_FAILED - Launch review "Review Team Name" is assigned to (or failed to be assigned as reviewer) Approver Display Name (Reviewer Username) in Jira.
• Review Unassigned In Jira: REVIEW_UNASSIGNED_IN_JIRA_UPDATED, REVIEW_UNASSIGNED_IN_JIRA_UPDATE_FAILED - Launch review "Review Team Name" is unassigned in Jira.
• Review Status Updated in Jira: ISSUE_STATUS_ASSIGNED_IN_JIRA_UPDATED, ISSUE_STATUS_ASSIGNED_IN_JIRA_UPDATE_FAILED- Launch review "Review team name" updated to "Status" in Jira by "Reviewer Name" ("Reviewer Username").

Data Spec

• Data Spec Saved: DATA_SPEC_SAVED - Data Spec is submitted.
• Data Spec Not Needed: DATA_SPEC_NOT_NEEDED - Data Spec is marked not needed.
• Data Spec Needed: DATA_SPEC_NEEDED - Data Spec is marked needed.
• Data Spec Reset: DATA_SPEC_RESET - Data Spec is reset.
• Data Spec Pre-Filled: DATA_SPEC_CLONED- Data Spec has been pre-filled from the Data Spec in launch Launch URL "Launch URL" that it was cloned from.
• Data Spec Imported: DATA_SPEC_IMPORTED - Data Spec has been imported from the Data Spec in launch "Launch URL" "Launch URL".
• Data Spec Copied From Parent: DATA_SPEC_COPIED_FROM_PARENT- Data Spec has been pre-filled from the Data Spec in parent launch Launch URL "Launch URL".

Privacy Worksheet

• Privacy Worksheet Saved: PRIVACY_WORKSHEET_SAVED - Privacy Worksheet is submitted.
• Privacy Worksheet Needed: PRIVACY_WORKSHEET_NEEDED - Privacy Worksheet is needed.
• Privacy Worksheet Not Needed: PRIVACY_WORKSHEET_NOT_NEEDED - Privacy Worksheet is not needed.
• Failed to Mark Privacy Worksheet Not Needed: PRIVACY_WORKSHEET_NOT_NEEDED_FAILED - Privacy Worksheet was not marked as not needed via custom action, because a response already exists.

Workflows

• Workflow Response Added: QUESTIONNAIRE_RESPONSE_ADDED - Response added for workflow "Launch Label Name".
• Workflow Response Pre-Filled: QUESTIONNAIRE_RESPONSE_ADDED_FROM_CLONE, QUESTIONNAIRE_RESPONSE_ADDED_FROM_PARENT - Workflow "Launch Label Name" response has been prefilled from launch "Launch URL" "Launch URL Name" that it was cloned from.
• Workflow Response Updated: QUESTIONNAIRE_RESPONSE_UPDATED - Response updated for workflow "Name".
• Workflow Response Deleted: QUESTIONNAIRE_RESPONSE_DELETED - Response deleted for workflow "Name".
• Workflow Added: LAUNCH_WORKFLOW_ADDED - Workflow Added.
• Assessment Added: ASSESSMENT_WORKFLOW_ADDED - Assessment Added.

Tasks

• Task Added: TASK_ADDED- Task Approver Displayname was added to Launch Launch Title.
• Task Deleted: TASK_DELETED - Task Approver Displayname was deleted.
• Task Creation Failed: FAILED_TO_CREATE_TASK_INVALID_ASSIGNEE, FAILED_TO_CREATE_TASK_INVALID_CONFIG - Failed to create task from workflow Launch Label Name. No valid assignee found.

Assessments

• Assessment Completed: ASSESSMENT_COMPLETED - A "Assessment Type" for data use "Data Use Name" has been completed.
• Assessment Reset: ASSESSMENT_RESET - A "Assessment Type" completed for data use "Data Use Name" has been reset.
• Assessment Skipped: ASSESSMENT_SKIPPED - A "Assessment Type" completed for data use "Data Use Name" has been skipped.

Stakeholders

• Stakeholder Added: LAUNCH_STAKEHOLDER_ADDED- Stakeholder was added to Launch "Launch Title".
• Stakeholder Removed: LAUNCH_STAKEHOLDER_REMOVED- Stakeholder Approver was removed from Launch "Launch Title".

Comments

• Launch Comment Deleted By Admin: LAUNCH_COMMENT_DELETED_BY_ADMIN - A launch comment was deleted by an admin.

Custom Fields

• Custom Field Value Added: CUSTOM_FIELD_VALUE_ADDED - Custom field "Field Value Name" was added with value "Launch Label Value".
• Custom Field Value Updated: CUSTOM_FIELD_VALUE_UPDATED - Custom field "Field Value Name" was updated with value "Launch Label Value".
• Custom Field Value Deleted: CUSTOM_FIELD_VALUE_DELETED - Custom field "Field Value Name" was deleted.
