Why am I not receiving certain email notifications?

TerraTrue sends notification emails to inform you about important events — like when you are mentioned in a comment, when a Data Spec is completed on a launch you’re assigned to, or when your access request for a launch has been granted. If you are not receiving email notifications when you expect to, it could be due to any of the following 3 reasons:

  1. All TerraTrue notifications are dependent on your access privileges. So if you’re not receiving certain notifications it may be because you’re not assigned to a particular launch, or because you lack a privilege required to view that information.
  2. Further, your TerraTrue administrator might have chosen to mute all notifications for your org. This too will lead to many (but not all) notifications not being sent.
  3. Finally, most of the notifications you can receive can be controlled through email notification preferences but a few cannot. You must verify that you have the relevant notification option selected.

Updating your email notification preferences

  1. From the account menu at the top right of any page, visit My Account > Notifications 
  2. Select the notifications you’d like to receive, or deselect notifications to silence them
