Why am I not receiving certain email notifications?

TerraTrue sends notification emails to inform you about important events — like when you’re mentioned in a comment, when a Data Spec is completed on a launch you’re assigned to, or when your access request for a launch has been granted. All TerraTrue notifications are dependent on your access privileges, so if you’re not receiving certain notifications it may be because you’re not assigned to a particular launch, or because you lack a privilege required to view that information.

Updating your email notification preferences

  1. From the account menu at the top right of any page, visit My Account > Notifications 
  2. Select the notifications you’d like to receive, or deselect notifications to silence them
